Was skeptical, $85 bucks for bottle of EVOO???? NUTS!!
WHOA, hold on there, once you taste it, your gonna love it, I did. Your oil drizzled on a home made warm sourdough, with garden fresh tomatoes, salt , pepper and basil??!!!! Am I dead and have gone to heaven??!! My taste buds will never be the same! I'm a believer. Tomorrow night, we try "Nonna's Trick" the vanilla ice-cream, you and sea salt.... MMMMMMMMMMMMM...
We purchased a 3 bottle package and gave one to the owner of Sirenas - Eatalian, our favorite Italian Restaurant. The 30+ year owner, Fabio, takes pride in every menu item, recipe and the perfect preparation and presentation of every dish, utilizing many ingredients he can can only source directly through Italy, so we knew he would possess the expertise to fully enjoy the DiMarco Olio. His response was as expected . . . Phenomenal Consistency and Taste!
I order 3 bottles at a time because I blow through this oil! It’s really unique to get an oil like this in the states. You can smell Sicily in the bottle, it’s amazing and worth the price, wish there were larger bottle options.
Purchased it because it is from my family name as well. DiMarco from my father's side. He was born in America 1933 Domenick and his father Galliano was born in Italy. The oil is delicious. I gave one of my bottles to my brother Christopher.

This was the first high-end olive oil, outside of a restaurant experience, I have ever purchased. It’s excellent - to my uneducated palate, anyway. Now I have to find high-end bread to pair it with! First world problems.
After living in Europe for 25 years, we (my husband Jeffrey and I) have had the opportunity to use and enjoy quality olive oils, mostly Spanish and Italian. I would rate this olive oil in the top five, especially to be used as a finishing oil. The first taste is extremely clean, but then develops notes of pepper, cut grass, and fresh herbs. It is absolutely worth every penny, and we will be purchasing it again. Ten stars! -Shari Rhoads Agrell
